ESIC interest and damages - Our company has not paid an employee ESIC contribution for the last 1 year

Dear senior, Our company has not paid an employee ESIC contribution for the last 1 year. He sends a complaint about the same to the ESIC office.

He has join our company from oct-2019 but due to clerical mistake his esic ip number was not generate. After his request in march-21, we have generated his new IP number after generated the IP number he sent a complaint to the ESIC office for the same.

His salary on oct-19 Rs. 17508/- deduction 1800/- (epf) & Rs. 132/- (esic) = 15576/- neft transfer in account.

Please advise me that what are the interest and damages charges are been paid to ESIC.

THERE IS PROBLEM IN OUR COMPANY THAT THERE ARE SOME EMPLOYEE GIVEN SALRY LAST DATE 30th MAY WHILE CO. KEPT THEIR'S JOINING ON 1st MAY OF THE MONTH WITHOUT REGISTER IN EPF.
now there is pop up of 10 days enrollment when I am doing register in next month.

Esic Portal showing error of invalid IP.
please guide me how we can pay their's ESIC contribution.
