Recruitment Service Bill - in addition to recruitment service charges, what are the other items to be added to the bill?

I am a Freelance Recruiter from Mumbai. I want to raise my first invoice on a client. I want to know in addition to recruitment service charges, what are the other items to be added to the bill. A sample invoice raised in 2021 would be helpful. Also, I want to also know if GST would be applicable to a Freelance Recruiter
