Hello Everyone I would like to know something About VPF (Voluntary PF Contribution).
There is One New Jinee from 20-05-2021.
Person's CTC is around 23,000.
But due to joining in middle of month his Gross Salary is Rs 8900.0
Now HR already Deducted Rs 1800 Employee Contribution From his salary.
1) So Can I show the GROSS SALARY Rs. 8900 And EPF/EPS/EDLI Wages Rs. 15,000.0 for ECR Creation?
Does this Possible? Will the PF department object to this in future? Or Portal Accept this Calculation?
2) Does ESIC applicable to the person For Gross Salary Rs. - 8900?
