Nityo infotech contractor role employment verification?

Nityo infotech has a BGC check and do a employment verification?
They asked me my 3 months payslips and adhar and pancard.

Is it just manual verification by looking at my slips and docs. Or they shall reach my employer.

What makes you scare of BGC from your past employer does not understand?

In my suggestion you need to provide authenticated documents they asked for from your past employer for verification, they may contact your past employer for authentication of the documents if they smell some thing raw or otherwise no.
