Dear Seniors, we are facing an issue updating the Aadhaar number of one employee in PF records. The employee wants to update his name in UAN as per the Aadhaar card. However, whenever we try to update the details according to Aadhaar, an error appears stating that the details do not match with the Aadhaar details. We are inputting the same details as those shown in the Aadhaar card.
The employee has also attempted to update from his UAN login, and the employer has also tried, but the message remains the same - details not matching. All the information provided matches the Aadhaar details (Name, DOB, Gender, etc.).
Kindly advise on how we can proceed, as starting from 1st June, we will not be able to file ECR without updating the Aadhaar details.
