I request your help to understand how much my monthly take-home will be in the offer I received from IBM recently. Below is the salary structure with compensation components IBM offers (in Rupees):

1. Annual Basic Salary - 621,277
2. Annual Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) - 838,723
3. Annual Reference Salary (ARS) - 1,460,000
4. Retirals:
a) Provident Fund (PF) - 74,553
b) Gratuity @ 4.8% - 29,821
5. Annual Reference Salary + Retirals - 1,564,374

I would be very grateful if you could help me determine my monthly take-home pay (excluding tax). Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Considering the components shared, your gross will be 14,60,000. Of which 12% of PF will be deducted, which is 74,553. Hence, your annual take-home will be 13,85,447.

In similar lines, your monthly take-home will be 1,15,455.

Basic Salary: 51,774
FBP: 69,894
Gross: 1,21,668
PF Deduction: 6,213 (12% of basic)
Net take-home: 1,15,455
