Forgot to Add ESIC Code to EPFO Account? Here's How to Fix It!

When I applied for EPFO registration, I forgot to input the ESIC code number. Now, I want to add my ESIC code number to the EPFO employer account. However, when I open Form 5A, I cannot find any option to add the ESIC code number in the EPFO registered details. Could you please tell me the procedure?

Form 5A for EPF Registration

Form 5A is exclusive for EPF only. Register at https://registration.shramsuvidha.gov.in/ and input all relevant registration details, including the NIC code. All information will be accumulated under a single LIC number, and all registrations will be linked through LIN.
