Hi team, I need an expert's opinion and solution to the following query as soon as possible. I am trying to calculate the balance for each leave type as of the following dates. The Date of Joining (DOJ) is 31-03-2016, and the employee has not taken any leave, and all leaves are carried forward. I am having trouble calculating this in an Excel sheet and determining the final balances.

Leave Types and Accrual Details

The leave types are Casual Leave, Sick Leave, and Earned Leave with annual allotments of 24, 18, and 24, respectively. These are calculated on a pro-rata basis from the DOJ. The accruals are quarterly, monthly, and bi-annually, respectively. The start of the accrual is the beginning of the quarter for Casual Leave, the end of the month for Sick Leave, and the beginning of the half-year for Earned Leave.
