Confused About Partial Pension Withdrawal? Seeking Advice After Rejection by Field Officer

siraj shaadab
Dear All,

I have two PF member numbers with the same UAN. I requested an online claim transfer, which was accepted by the field officer. After a gap of six months, I raised an online withdrawal request using Form 10C and Form 19. I received the full amount from Form 19 but only one-third of the amount from Form 10C.

I then raised an EPFO grievance request where they confirmed that I do have an amount in the pension column. However, when I raised another request for Form 10C, it was rejected by the field officer with the remark "amount settled."

Please advise on what steps I should take next.

Thank you.

Dear Siraj, Greetings! Form 19 claim consists of 12% + 3.67% + rate of interest. Form 10C claim consists of 8.33%, which has no interest. Please check your e-passbook so that the situation is clear.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Sumit, greetings! Form 19 amount was fully withdrawn, and Form 10C amount is 1/3 withdrawn, with the rest balance showing in the passbook. Furthermore, PF is not considering online claims, providing a final result of "fully settled."

I have now been advised to fill an offline 10C form at the PF office, attaching a copy of the passbook and a letter of grievance.
