Unable to do submission of "Form - D" - "E03:Date of Exit against current employment is not available"

One of our employees retired on 26.03.2019 at the age of 58 after completing 10 years and 4 months of service. Today, I tried to submit his Form-19 for the withdrawal of the PF amount and Form-10D for the monthly pension. I successfully submitted Form-19, but surprisingly, when submitting Form-10D, an error message appeared stating "E03: Date of Exit against current employment is not available," even though I entered and approved his exit date correctly from our end. I am unsure about the issue. Can you please guide me on the reason?

Once you link your Aadhaar details in your PF portal, you should not change anything in your Aadhaar card. If you find any mistakes in your Aadhaar card, you should correct the mistakes and then link it with the PF portal. This is the reason for the E03 error.
