One of our employees retired on 26.03.2019 at the age of 58 after completing 10 years and 4 months of service. Today, I tried to submit his Form-19 for the withdrawal of the PF amount and Form-10D for the monthly pension. I successfully submitted Form-19, but surprisingly, when submitting Form-10D, an error message appeared stating "E03: Date of Exit against current employment is not available," even though I entered and approved his exit date correctly from our end. I am unsure about the issue. Can you please guide me on the reason?
