Leave Policy in Maharashtra - help me understand how Casual leave, Privilege leave, and Earned Leave are different

Dear Seniors, I need your help in understanding the Leave Policy for our company which comes under the Shops and Establishment Act of Maharashtra. I did go through the revised Act of 2017 but I am getting confused. I would really appreciate it if you could help me understand how Casual leave, Privilege leave, and Earned Leave are different. I also want to understand if we as a company as stop leave carry over to next year, is leave encashment at the end of the work tenure mandatory or can a company have policy that does not allow for leave encashment? I also tried to search on this forum for this information but couldn't find anything that was related to my query.
