Applying for pension 10D - "E03- DATE OF EXIT AGAINST CURRENT EMPLOYMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE"

I have updated the date of exit on the EPF portal, but when I apply for pension 10D after the Aadhar OTP update it is giving an error message'
"E03- DATE OF EXIT AGAINST CURRENT EMPLOYMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE"
Please let me know what may be the reason and how can I rectify it.

This might be some technical issue with EPFO
Please submit a joint declaration (employer/employee) regarding the date of Exit.
or wait for few days.
