Termination rule as per factory act 1948 - before 6 months what type of compensation is applicable ?

Dear friend, If any employee factory act 1948 sec 2 months after joining - terminate before 6 months what type of compensation is applicable as per legal law.

There is no compensation under any law for termination of service after 2 months of service. Factory Act does not provide for compensation on account of termination of service.
