Joining a Company Before College Ends: Will It Affect Future Opportunities at Big Firms?

Hi friends, my niece has been asked to join a company before her college end date. Is it okay to join before the college end date? Will it not raise any questions when she moves to big companies like TCS or Wipro? Can the company force her to join early?

There should not be any such problem due to early joining as long as it does not clash with the academic schedule, particularly the examinations. I hope the organization allows for exam and preparatory leave.
