Struggling with Rejected Pension Claim? Need Help with Non-Employment Certificate Format and Online Form Signing?

My colleagues' claim for a monthly pension in Form 10D got rejected due to:

Reasons for Rejection

KINDLY ENCLOSE NON-EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH ATTESTED AADHAAR PROOFS OF FAMILY MEMBERS.
2) FORM NOT SIGNED BY MEMBER/APPLICANT

Can someone help me with the format of this non-employment certificate? Also, I am not able to understand how to sign the form when the claim was filed online in the PF portal through Aadhaar verification.

Please recheck the reply from EPFO, as pensioners are required to submit only the life certificate and not the non-employment certificate. Additionally, the Aadhaar details of the family members are not relevant.

Reasons for Rejection of Monthly Pension Claim

Kindly enclose a non-employment certificate along with attested Aadhaar proofs of family members.

Form not signed by member/applicant.

The above reasons are why the monthly pension claim was rejected.

Relevance of Non-Employment Certificate

My colleague has completed 70 years of age, and as such, no employee can join EPS after they attain 58 years of age. So, how is the non-employment certificate relevant in this case?

Verification Process for E-Nomination

Also, when e-nomination is filed, family members' Aadhaar numbers are verified with Aadhaar data for verification of name, gender, date of birth, etc., and e-nomination is submitted after e-signing through Aadhaar authentication.

Therefore, I am unable to understand why the claim is rejected for the above-mentioned reasons.

My 10D claim form got rejected, asking me to submit a non-employment certificate, break certificate, and last 03 years' wages. I resigned from employment in December 1995. Since then, I haven't worked elsewhere. Please advise where I can obtain the above certificates.
