We are unable to digitally sign for EPFO registration on Shram Suvidha Portal

We are unable to digitally sign for EPFO registration on Shram Suvidha Portal. (error after java run - "please insert pin for signing")
During submission of application at ashram suvidha portal through E-sign, we are getting message " Internal Server Error-500".
Please let us know how to rectify it.
