I have 3 years and 4 months of experience in a small-scale company, and I have been working in a contract hire position in one MNC for the last 8 months. However, I have received an offer from another MNC for a permanent position. I have sent the resignation email to my current organization, but they are insisting that I serve a 90-day notice period. The new MNC requires me to join within 30 days for the permanent position. If I do not serve the 90-day notice period, my current organization will not provide me with any experience or relieving forms.
I have explained the situation to HR. My new company is willing to hire me without considering the 8 months of experience. I have the offer letter, payslips, and PF statements for reference. However, the new company will only consider my 3 years and 4 months of experience. I am concerned about how this might impact my future career if I do not receive an experience and relieving letter due to absconding.
