I was working with a company in Bangalore.
On 26th Feb 2021, I was verbally communicated by HR manager & Head HR that the last working day will be 31st March 2021. On the same day, I contacted a few of my colleagues just to inform my separation from the organization.
On 1st March 2021, I couriered the laptop. On 2nd March 2021, I got a warning email from the Head HR stating that a few of the employees got defamatory calls from my end. I tried convincing her that I didn't tell anything against the organization. I just informed them that I'm leaving. But she didn't listen. After that, I was not in touch with any of the employees.
After completing the Notice period when I sent exit forms on 3rd April 2021, I was informed that I will get a termination letter or they will not do any exit formalities.
HR Manager was not ready to listen at all. She was asking if you have any recording/chat then send. HR Head was helpless. The HR manager was saying that Management is not ready, if you want we can send a termination letter. She is not replying to the emails either.
I sent multiple emails to the founder as well. But he didn't respond. After around 2 months(On 28th April) I got the termination letter in which it's mentioned effective from 3rd March 2021. On the top of the letter also date is mentioned as 3rd March 2021. The reason is not mentioned. After 2 days FNF settlement is also done.
It's really a heart-wrenching moment in my life that too in this pandemic.
Please suggest what can be done in this case? Can I request them again to provide me the experience letter and revoke this termination? Please help me with a few lines(with proper wordings) which will be impactful.
