What exactly it is?
How HR Personnel need to deal with I.R. Policy.

IR means the Industrial Relations.
It Includes:
1. Mutual RElation between ...Employee , Employee , Government & Trade Unions.
The Policy is based on IR Act. First of all u have to go through to the act.
