Struggling with EPF Portal: How to Correct Date of Exit for PF Transfer or Withdrawal?

Date of Exit Issue

I worked in Organization A from 01.10.2009 to 15.06.2017 and joined the new organization on 29.06.2017. However, my previous employer paid the PF contributions for July and August 2017 in September 2019, causing a delay. Now, I am unable to mark the correct Date of Exit in the EPF Portal. What can I do for PF transfer or withdrawal? Both accounts are under one UAN. Please suggest.

Please submit the joint declaration form 5/10 at the EPFO office before requesting a change in the Date of Exit.
