Date of Exit Issue - am unable to mark the Correct Date of Exit in EPF Portal

Hi.. Date of Exit Issue. I Worked in Organization A - 01.10.2009 to 15.06.2017 and Joined the New organization on 29.06.2017. But My Previous employer Pay July and August 2017 P F Contribution on Sep -2019 Late, Now I am unable to mark the Correct Date of Exit in EPF Portal, What can I do for PF Transfer or Withdraw
Both account is under one UAN. Please Suggests....Thanks in Advance

Don't worry Submit joint delectation & Form 5/10 EPFO Office than Date of Exit change.
