Infosys Offer letter - already mentioned that my LWD in the present organization is Jun 1st still they gave me joining date as May 24th

Hi All, Infosys sent me offer letter with DOJ as May 24th and in HR round I already mentioned that my LWD in the present organization is Jun 1st still they gave me joining date as May 24th I am requesting HR for postponing DOJ she says it still a lot of time and after that not picking my call and not replying to my mail. what to do?

The HR is right at her side as too much time is there to your joining. You have got nothing much on your side until they communicate. One thing you can do, send a letter by speed post to Head HR mentioning your issue along with the copies( offer letter+ mail copy), you are doing so as no feed back received.
