Our company registered under Factories Act during Nov 2020 with directorate of Industrial Health & Safety, Tamilnadu and received our Factory Licence. Further, we are in the process of registering with other statutory registrations like Fire, Health, TNPCB, Trading Licence etc. What is the breathing time for a factory to comply all statutory regulations to be complied as per Factories Act. Is the authorities can raise a question for not complied within this time. Pls clarify. If there is an act to specify pls do specify me.
