Struggling with EPF KYC Approval and Missing Email Confirmation – Any Advice?

Please find attached the error report I received while approving the employee's KYC pending for DSC. I had generated and submitted the Authorized Signatory information to the EPF office through Speed post on 06.03.2021. Kindly guide me on how to overcome this issue.

Secondly, I am not receiving the email confirmation from EPF to authorize the email. Could you please provide some guidance on how to proceed with this?

Please log in to the Employer Portal and verify whether the DSC is active. You have sent the document by Speed Post. Has the PF Office approved your DSC? If not, please send an email for the activation of the DSC based on your document.
