I have joined a central government organization, X, recently, two months ago. Previously, I had worked for hardly a month in a PSU, Y. During the interview at the central government organization, X, I mentioned my employment in Y (although it had only been for 10 days). My mistake was that I did not disclose the employment at Y during the interview at X. However, later, when the interview result was announced, I immediately informed them about my employment at Y through an official email to X. They rightly replied and requested a relief. Additionally, I have accurately disclosed all the facts regarding my previous employment upon joining X.
I currently possess the relieving letter and a No Dues certificate from Y, both of which I have submitted to X, and they have been accepted. Given this, would the issue of non-disclosure during the interview still pose a problem in the future? Is it considered a suppression of facts? Could my employment be terminated because of this at any point in the future?
I want to highlight that I have a written disclosure regarding my employment at Y, which I had sent before joining X, immediately after receiving the interview results. In that message, I explained why I couldn't disclose this information during the interview. Should I be concerned about any potential repercussions now?
