Facing EPF Advance Claim Rejection Due to Insufficient Service? Need Urgent Help!

Abhishek Harale
I am working in two companies, namely A and B. In A Company, I have worked for a period of 4 years and 9 days, and in B Company, I have worked for 1 year and 11 months (currently working).

I applied for an advance claim (Form-31) amounting to Rs. 80,000. However, EPFO rejected my request due to insufficient service. In Form 31, both member IDs are shown, and in my further request, I have selected the current member ID.

Please instruct me on how to solve this problem urgently.

Thank you.

You need to transfer your PF from A to B. After that, you will be able to withdraw the advance.

Sir, I am already transferring from A to B, but both employee IDs are still shown in the advance menu. I have selected B.
