My organization has floated a tender for Housekeeping Services. My doubt is on the Administrative Charges, Overhead & Profit or the Service Charges to be charged or claimed by the Service Provider / Agency.
1. Is there any Govt. guideline there with fixed rates on such heads ?
2. Any Industrial practice in fixing such rates ?
I found a few Documents, where it is mentioned that "if any bidder charging 2% or less will be disqualified as the amount equivalent to 2% will be deducted as TDS. But what about the Administrative Charges like providing ID cards, Uniforms, etc. to the labors & the agencies Profit ?
Need some documents relating to the above query as we are following Govt. Guidelines.
