Company is offering a junior-level role because I don't have a salary slip and form16 of the associate-level role

Hello, As I interviewed for associate level and got selected with a reputed company.
In my previous employment - Before I worked in a different role for 2.7 years
And then I joined an internship and course as I was working as an unpaid intern for 1.5 years (to get experience)
Total years of experience is 3.2years
Now the company is offering a junior-level role because I don't have a salary slip and form16 of the associate-level role.
I'm totally confused can I go with junior level. Please suggest to me what to do?

In your case the HR and the functional head of the company can take decision. You must be having documents against internship of 1.5 years, then tell the HR that you are working as a self sponsored internship in a motive to get trained and acquired knowledge in the field. Therefore you have not got the salary slip and Form16.
It is you to decide whether to join in a junior-level role or not, considering the present offer & organization keeps how much worth for you. You can ignore this offer, if you can manage to get into associate level job in some other company with experience of 2.7 years.
