Hello, I interviewed for an associate-level position and got selected by a reputed company. In my previous employment, I worked in a different role for 2.7 years. After that, I joined an internship and a course, working as an unpaid intern for 1.5 years to gain experience. My total years of experience amount to 3.2 years.
Currently, the company is offering me a junior-level role because I do not have a salary slip and Form 16 from the associate-level role. I am totally confused about whether I should accept the junior-level position. Please suggest what I should do.
