Dear All, Greetings!!! Due to pandemic, my management has decided to provide increment with the suggestion of branch head/ department head, Management not interested to conduct an annual appraisal, therefore My Manager has told me to create recommendation sheet for promotion by HOD or branch head. So I have prepared sheet, for reference I am sharing it with all. Kindly share your suggestions for further improvements. If any member has a sample please share.
