Hi all, Last year in pandemic I resigned from a well-paying job as a Talent Advisor for some personal reasons. I have around 4 years of work experience in an HR Consulting Firm. I have recently figured out my interest in analytics but the gap in employment is creating concern for me. What should I do now?
