My husband's phone was snatched on 19th Feb 2021 near a hospital in Delhi. Along with the phone, debit and credit cards were also taken. There were two people on a bike who hit my husband from behind and snatched his phone. I immediately called the emergency number 100, but it was not reachable. I went to the police station at the same time, but nobody registered my FIR. Moreover, they asked me to file a lost and found report instead of registering the FIR. I approached the hospital and obtained the video of the incident for evidence. However, the police do not seem interested in helping. I kindly request you to provide me with a solution if you have one for this situation. It has been many days since the incident, and no assistance has been provided. Additionally, we are facing another issue where someone is misusing the phone number and data to apply for a loan.
