Dear All, I am working in the HR dept. As per our company policy, 3 grace period of 15 minutes allowed for late coming in the morning, after that salary will deduct. can anybody help me to provide me the formula in excel so that we can deduct the salary as per company policy? Anybody provide me the excel formula. in that formula grace period of 3 times for 15 minute late comers no salary deduction. After 3 times salary will be deducted.
