Salary structure for Recruiters in Recruitment consultancy?

Since you have yet not completed your MBA hence I feel the salary package is fine enough. If you feel your salary is less then it is clear that your Target will also be less, work for sometime to find out whether you can achieve this Target.
Do find out what is the target trend at Kolkata(Thru friends or by applying at various consultancy)
There are many people doing MBA thru corresponce and working also.
I won't suggest you to do nothing while doing MBA(correspondence). If you have experience in HR before completing MBA then your future prospects seems good.
