Hi Everyone, my job offer is in process with services based IT MNC, xxxxx. HR doesn't update me on the status but when I reach them they say cleared 1st, 2nd rounds and releasing the offer (Passive Reply). Should I really trust the confirmation?

Possibly only the poster knows how the entire process of interview went in stages. He can either wait for some more time based on the informal information he received or he can look for some other similar or better opportunity - it is up to him.
