Dear all, The new labour code from the central government is already enforced? or is it just announced? How is going to affect employees salary and other benefits? Kindly help if anyone has a clear idea about it?

Will the new acts be applicable without the rules?
I assume the central rules will apply till the states come up with their own rules.
