Dear all, has the new labor code from the central government already been enforced, or has it just been announced? How is it going to affect employees' salaries and other benefits? Kindly help if anyone has a clear idea about it.
The rules are not yet issued, right? Will the new acts be applicable without the rules? I assume the central rules will apply until the states come up with their own rules.
