Dear sir, By mistake, we have deposited pf contributions for the year 2010-11 and 2012-13 through Separate challans mentioned maintenance charges. Actually, some employee was engaged in the commercial building for security /sweeping jobs and pf/esi already deducted by the employer but we have also deducted the contributions from our contractor and deposited the same pf account and submission of annual returns (3A/6A).
Now how can the above amount will be refunded to the company, please suggest.
