In the manufacturing industry, there is no leave policy till now. Is it mandatory for employers to provide leaves to employees?

In a Manufacturing Industry the leave is governed by Factories Act, ESIC Act, Maternity Act & S & E Act of the State if there is any establishment within the Premises.
Yes it is mandatory to provide leave to the employees as per above.
