Pension Scheme - employer has contributed the pension amount in a certain period. How can I withdraw her pension amount?

My mother has worked in a Company from 02/11/2016 to 30/06/2020, her date of birth 01/07/1958, she is not eligible for pension, but her employer has contributed the pension amount in a certain period. How can I withdraw her pension amount? Kindly let me know the right solution.

Give comments any one for my pension related queries, also explain what is the procedure to withdraw pension more than 58 years employees. actually they have complete 3 years of service, so that they are not eligible pension, but the contribution has been paid attain age 58.
Kindly explain.
