Please guide on the double service in the same period for some of our employees. They are facing problems in claiming any type of benefit. What will be the solution in this scenario?
Service like Company A from 01-04-2015 to the present. Company B service from 01-06-2016 to 30-09-2019, which shows overlapping service, and EPFO is not allowing any claim benefits. Please guide, sir.
Are you still employed with Company A? If not, ask them to update your Date of Exit (DOE). After updating your DOE, you will be able to transfer your PF amount to a new account from A to B. If your previous employer is not updating your DOE, you can also update it yourself.
