Dear All,
if current salary structure is below mention then what will be new salary structure.
if CTC is 60 k and pf did not deduct then what will be new structure.
Basic :24000
HRA :1200
Uniform :3000
Variable Pay :2500
Special allowance A:10146
City Comp Allowance: 7200
Gratutiy :1154

Make the Special Allowance 10100 instead of 10146.Then Basic will be 24,000/- and others will also be 24,000/-. There should not be any other payment- PF, Bonus etc.etc.etc.
