Problems or crisis are the stepping stone to success of an organisation. Crisis is any event or period that will lead, or may lead, to an unstable and dangerous situation affecting an individual, group, or all of society. Hence, when crisis occurs, we will strive for finding solutions to the problems out of crisis and that is in simple- crisis management. Does a crisis not lead to the overall development of an organization?
