I have been working with an International NGO registered as Pvt Ltd company in India, We have Marketing & Communication Manager on Fixed Term Contract. Her contract is ending on 31st March 2021, She has applied for Leave in April 2021. I need to understand Is it legal to apply for leave for the period after the end of your contract when there is no written confirmation of extension?
