One of the Chemical manufacturing units has 33 days shown in Attendance sheet - Are 33 days allowed on the payroll?

Dear All, Good Morning. I have recently joined a company in Chennai as HR. They are into Chemical manufacturing spread across India. I was going through the payroll process to understand. One of the units has 33 days shown in their January 2021 payroll attendance (Present-day 27, Weekly Holiday 4 & National Holiday 2). Attendance closure is from 26th to 25th. Are 33 days allowed on the payroll? Please guide me. OT is separately taken.

There is something grossly wrong with the payroll attendance data. When the attendance is from 26th Dec to 25th Jan, how come there are two National Holidays. Pl correct the information and then revert.

@ Narasimhan S, it have to be 26 present days 4 weekly off & 1 national holiday.

I think that the two national holidays would have been added to the working days as well as paid holidays.

thanks to you all for the input and the time spent.
checking from my end as well for the error, if any in the attendance sheet.

Dear Sir,
Nothing wrong in mentioning the month attendance days as 31 + 1 or 2 PH as the case may be.
Thanks n Regards
