Please clarify the PF pension and EDLI benefits. Is the pension amount also withdrawn at the time of relieving, or should I only withdraw PF?

If the services are less than 10 years, then the person can withdraw both PF and Pension.

Claiming EPF and EPS Benefits

For contributions of more than 6 months but less than 10 years, EPF can be claimed through Form 19. In such a case, EPS can be claimed after attaining the age of 58. If the member joins another establishment and the gross EPS contributions exceed 10 years up to attaining the age of 58, then the gross accumulation of EPS may get converted into a pension.

For claiming a pension under EPS, you need to obtain Scheme certificates from EPFO for the service period.
