Present organization experience is 12 days. If I transfer the EPF amount should I withdraw the EPS contribution?

Hi All, In EPF my friend's previous experience 3.5 years. And present organization experience is 12 days. If I transfer the EPF amount from the previous to the present organization. Shall I withdraw the EPS contribution?

If the employee is unemployed for 60 straight days (two months) or more after leaving a job or after resignation from a job before they turn 58 years of age can withdraw the full PF balance depending on the years of service and the EPS amount.
