Covid 19 treatment for employee exempted from ESI limits - is that a paid leave or loss of pay in Telangana factories act?

Hi! Covid 19 affected employee, who is exempted from ESI limits, treatment & quarantine period is that a paid leave or loss of pay in Telangana factories act.

Telangana factories Act does not prescribe Covid -19 special leave.
It is for the company management to take a call regarding sanctioning of covid - 19 leave.
Since Covid -19 was declared as a pandemic disease, it is suggested that Covid-19 affected
employees may be given paid leave for treatment & quarantine periods.
