In my organization, we have not applied for the PF of 2 staff members for one year because their Aadhaar names were incorrect. After they left the job and corrected their name, father's name, and date of birth in all three documents—Aadhaar, PAN, and bank passbook. Now the question is, how can we submit their PF for the one year when they had already left the job? Kindly assist in submitting the PF challan and return for the employee who left a year ago.
