Employer Won't Relieve Me After Notice Period Due to Unfinished Project – What Should I Do?

niketan-borse
I served my notice period, but my employer is refusing to relieve me, stating that the project I was handling is not yet completed. I have already handed over the work to the engineer. It has now been 30 days since my notice period ended. What should I do?

Complying with the Clause of Separation

As an employee, you need to strictly comply with the terms mentioned in the "Clause of Separation" of your Offer of Appointment received from the company. If you have complied with this, you can assertively ask your employer to relieve you from the duties and responsibilities and obtain a relieving order. Employees are always at liberty to resign and go elsewhere.
