Employer Won't Relieve Me After Notice Period Due to Unfinished Project – What Should I Do?

I served my notice period, but my employer is refusing to relieve me, stating that the project I was handling is not yet completed. I have already handed over the work to the engineer. It has now been 30 days since my notice period ended. What should I do?

If you have complied with this, you can assertively ask your employer to relieve you from the duties and responsibilities and obtain a relieving order. Employees are always at liberty to resign and go elsewhere.
