Tamilnadu Labour Welfare board Fund: It is supposed o be recovered Rs. 10 from the employee contribution and to remit to the Board along with the employer contribution of Rs 20/-. It is learned that the recovery of contribution from the employee whose names appeared in the Muster Roll as of December.
If the employee does not earn a salary but appeared in the Muster roll, whether the employer shall have to borne both the employee & employer contribution for those employees. Pl clarify.
