The following draft of the Model Standing Orders, 2020 for all sectors, except mines and the service sector, which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 29 read with Schedule I of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020), is being previously published inviting objections and suggestions from the persons affected within thirty days from the date on which the copy of the Official Gazette in which the draft is published will be available to the public.
