Small Sales Team of 9: What State Laws Should We Be Aware Of?

We recently established a company, and we are 9 in number. I would like to understand the laws applicable for such a size of a company. We are more into sales. Please advise.

To my knowledge, among the labor laws without any threshold limit on the number of employees as to the criterion of applicability to establishments in general are the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, respective State Shops & Estt Act, State National and Festival Holidays Act, and the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976.
