State Laws applicable for a company with leass than 10 employee and into sales?

We recently established a company & we are 9 in number. I would like to understand the LAWS applicable for such size of a company. We are more into Sales. Please advice.

I think that your question most probably relates to Labor Laws. To my knowledge, among the Labor Laws without any threshold limit on the number of employees as to the criterion of applicability to establishments in general are the Industrial Disputes Act,1947, the Minimum Wages Act,1948, respective State Shops & Estt Act, State National and Festival Holidays Act and the Equal Remuneration Act,1976.
